How do I book?

What does it cost per night?
Whole-villa rates start at about $1,500 USD and vary by season and length of stay. Stays of 7 or more nights save 3%; 28 or more nights save 15%. A 9% Belize hotel tax is added at checkout. Daily chef-prepared breakfast is included; optional lunches, dinners and cocktails are billed separately (plus 12.5% GST and a 24% service fee), itemized before you pay.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights year-round, six nights over Thanksgiving, Christmas through New Year's, Presidents Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend and the week of July 4th.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 12 guests across the Primary Suite, Orchid Suite, Palm Suite and the Lagoon Bunk Room. Twelve is a hard maximum.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings are refundable, less card processing costs, until 91 days before check-in and non-refundable within 90 days. Airbnb reservations follow the terms shown on the listing. We recommend travel insurance. Full terms are in our Guest Agreement.
Are kids welcome?
All ages. The water out front is calm, clear and shallow, the Lagoon Bunk Room (two queens, two twins, own TV and en-suite) was built for kids and crews, and kid favorites like pizza, nuggets and hot dogs are on every menu. Registered guests only, no parties, no pets. Read Belize with kids.
