The menu

Breakfast is included every morning. Everything else is optional and cooked right here in the villa by Delma, Belizean and familiar, served family style at the table for twelve, on the terrace or on the dock. Meals are chosen on the pre-arrival form after you book, so the island is provisioned before you land. Vegetarian or vegan? The full plant-based menu is The Garden Table.

Breakfast, a midday course, a garden salad, a dinner main and dessert, plus unlimited coffee and house water, one price a day, no tab to watch. The plan saves up to $39 per person, per day compared with ordering the same courses à la carte. Children under four dine free. Premium dishes carry a small supplement.
