The heart of the house

One room, one wall of glass, the sea behind it

Kitchen, dining table and lounge are a single open room across the front of the villa, behind a glass wall that slides away onto the pool deck.

It is where the day starts with breakfast and ends with everyone still at the table. The kitchen is a working chef's kitchen with an island that seats the room, and it is yours for self-catering whenever you want it.

  • Dining table for twelve beside the kitchen island
  • Lounge with a 75-inch smart television, ready for your streaming logins
  • Sonos indoors and poolside
  • Floor-to-ceiling glass that opens the room to the pool deck

Pool, terrace, dock, beach

The property runs from the house to the water in four steps, and most of a day here is spent moving between them.

The kitchen

Staffed, but still yours

Delma cooks breakfast every morning of your stay; lunches, dinners and cocktails are optional and chosen before you arrive.

Meals are set on the pre-arrival form so the ingredients are stocked for what you picked — the carts, boats and airstrip pick-up we arrange with you over WhatsApp. The whole menu is published, with a full vegetarian and vegan menu beside it, and the kitchen is free for you to cook in at any point.

  • Breakfast included every morning, cooked fresh
  • Optional lunches, dinners and cocktails, priced per dish and per drink
  • Everaldo on the bar and the grounds daily
  • Quadruple-filtered, UV-treated water from every tap
How the house runs

Power, water and internet on an island

Power. The villa runs on solar with a battery reserve and a backup generator behind it, so the house stays lit, cooled and online independent of the island grid.

Water. Every tap pours quadruple-filtered, UV-treated water — safe to drink, so there is no bottled-water routine to keep up.

Internet. Starlink with a local island connection as redundancy: if one drops the other carries. Two desks sit beside wired connections, in the television room and the bunk room.

Comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, custom floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes, cooling gel memory-foam mattresses and Egyptian-cotton sateen bedding in every suite.

Work from paradise

Out of office, still online

Trade the commute for island time. Starlink, with the local island line as backup, keeps calls and video meetings up; the solar, battery and generator stack keeps the power steady; and a desk keeps the sea in view. Breakfast is handled, lunch is a request away, and the evening commute is a fifteen-second walk to the water.

Two desks, each beside a wired connection — one in the television room, one in the bunk room. Staying longer? Weekly and monthly stays are simple to arrange; message the villa on WhatsApp.
