Good to know

Group questions, answered

Can twelve adults stay?

Twelve guests is the maximum, children included. Six adults sleep in the three king suites; the bunk room sleeps six more in two queens below, two twins above. The twins are upper bunks, so the bunk room suits kids, teens and easy-going adults.

How do meals work?

All meals, breakfast included, are arranged on the pre-arrival form before you arrive so the ingredients are stocked for your selected meals. Breakfast is included; lunches, dinners and cocktails are optional and priced per dish and per drink. The kitchen is yours for self-catering. We do not pre-stock groceries, but we are happy to recommend stores.

How is a group booking paid?

One lead guest books the whole villa on our site with a card. How you split it among the group is up to you.

Can we host a wedding, party or event?

No. The villa is for registered overnight guests only, up to 12. Celebration touches for your own group — a cake, flowers, decorations — can be arranged on request.

Is there somewhere to work?

Two desks, one in the television room and one in the bunk room, each beside a wired internet connection, plus Starlink throughout and power from solar with battery and generator backup.

Are kids welcome?

All ages. The water in front of the villa is calm, clear and shallow, the bunk room has its own television and bathroom, and kid-friendly dishes are on every menu. Every guest, including children, counts toward the twelve.
