After you book, you fill in a short pre-arrival form: who is coming, what they eat, which lunches and dinners you want cooked and which nights you will be out. That is how the ingredients are stocked for your selected meals.

Delma is the villa's full-time chef; Everaldo runs the bar, the grounds and the logistics. They live on the island, they are at the house every day, and the reviews mention them by name.
7:30, Coffee is on. Breakfast lands on the terrace as people surface: fruit, eggs, fry jacks, juice. 10:00, Paddleboards off the dock, or the boat Everaldo booked collects you for Hol Chan. 1:00, Lunch by the pool if you chose one on the form, or the beach clubs fifteen minutes' walk away. 5:30, Everaldo mixes the first round on the dock as the sun drops. 7:00, Dinner at the chef's table; lobster if it is in season, your catch if you brought one. 9:00, Fire tables on the upper terrace. Nobody has been to a shop.

Every detail was thoughtfully curated … truly 5-star hospitality from start to finish. The water right outside the villa was crystal clear, calm, and actually swimmable.
No traffic, no sargassum, no stress, just beautiful beach and crystal clear sea as far as the eye can see. I really can’t say enough about the excellent food and location. Heavenly!
Each bed has an incredible view of the water … the location on Secret Beach left us breathless. Unbelievable service, I cannot recommend this stunning house enough.

Secret Beach is about forty minutes by golf cart, or ask us to book a private boat that brings you from San Pedro straight to our dock, the fastest way with children.

Yes. A full vegetarian and vegan menu runs alongside the carte, most other dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan on request, and allergies noted on the form are planned around. Children's favourites, pizza, chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, are on the menu too.
Any time. The chef's kitchen is open to guests. We do not pre-stock groceries, but we are happy to recommend stores if you ask.
Yes. Fish from the flats or the reef goes straight to the kitchen and comes back at dinner.
Yes, with Everaldo behind it. Cocktails, mocktails and smoothies are mixed at the bar, on the pool deck or at the end of the dock, priced per drink.
